My life rarely changes…or if it does then I don’t often notice so this was a bit tricky to pin down.

But I think what i’ll go for is a self help type course that I was looking at recently called The Release Technique.

I’ve (mostly out of curiosity) looked at quite a few of the new wave of self help, self improvement type stuff over the last few years, and there are some truly facinating different apporaches and discoveries about reality, the mind and our selves that have been looked into.

This course is hands down one of the simplest to follow and do but has had the biggest effect on me personally. Most of the time I rarely notice any change or difference from these sorts of things, mostly due to the fact I’m just not that bothered by anything enough to want to change the way i feel/think/act but this one has been very healing and effective, more so than any other.

So here’s a pic of Larry Crane the guy who turned it into a course (it was discovered by another guy called Lester Levenson) Larry is not one of the usual self help guys and has a very down to earth and often kind of pissed off sounding approach which I quite like.

This is Ron Swanson a character from the TV show Park and Recreation.

He’s a libertarian who hates all government and bureaucracy while also working in the local government he is also a real man, who likes meat, hunting, guns, trucks, wood working and generally any other manly persuit. He’s a man of few words but those he does speak are important and despite all his various eccentricities he’s actually a really good guy

Although this is mostly chosen for amusement value I do actually admire this character and someday perhaps I too will reach the heady heights of a Swanson!…though considering some of the steps on the Pyramid of greatness I highly doubt it lol

Okay well thanks to Ava @yearofthebeautiful I have somehow been talked into making this video, which is pretty much all the accents I could think of to do.

I have no idea why but I’ve always wanted to go to Germany and visit places like this:

So even though it’s a pretty easy one to knock off the list I guess i’ll go for that.

I wonder if in the end my life long desire to go there will lead to something, or if it was just a random thought that got stuck and reinforced over the years.

The other thing I’d love to have done before my death is to have a family and watch my children grow, but thats perhaps a slightly longer term plan lol

Well I love so many different types of music this post could easily become a gallery…but since i’m limited to just one I’ll go for the longest running favourite, a band I’ve been listening to since I was tiny.

The Incredible String Band. The ultimate hippy band and a key point in hippy music history.

Also more importantly one of my Dad’s favourites and so during the many long car journeys of my youth, these would be the soundtrack.

Spending hours drifting in and out of sleep while the strange, magical, mysterious and intertwined with folklore songs of the ISB flowed over me has forever made them a part of my life and my heart.

Truly unique and beautiful i’ll love them till the day I die.

I LOVE computers

I have spent probably at least half of my life (if not more) using them or working on them and I don’t see that changing any time soon.

They have totally changed the world and helped expand our horizons beyond the stars.

They also work as wonderful metaphores for all sorts of things and generally have been there either providing or helping to create some of the best moments of my existance.

But i guess if I have to pick something I’ll see what I can find to hate…

Look at them…sneaky green bastards -_-

They always say ‘it’s mostly water’ or ‘only the skin has any flavour’…both of which are just plainly lies!

There are some rare forms of this vile thing i’ll eat but only if it’s heavily flavoured and masked, otherwise it’s gone.

I find it to be one of the strongest of flavours and often over powers other salad ingredients, yet people keep trying to tell me it’s not that strong :S

Onions, Olives, even Corgettes I’ve slowly gotten used to but Cucumber just sucks

Well despite the fact I don’t generally need them other than for subtitles and if i were to drive…(which i don’t) I have finally taken the plunge and gotten myself some glasses.

It was quite surprising just how much detail i’d been used to missing to be honest, and for walking about town and things it’s a real bonus not to have to guess who someone is until they are right next to me :/

Being a frugal (AKA Cheap) sort of chap I bought them online for as little as possible but I quite like how they look, so Xanga whats your verdict?

Yea slight problem here I’m not really the kind of doing messed up things guy…I never go out socially drinking (only ever drink perhaps a wine or beer with dinner) I don’t take risks other than when doing slightly dubious salvage operations for junk and generally I live a very sheltered and somewhat dull life to be honest…

So once again i’m going to be sneaky and answer this ‘creatively’:

This is Dante…and together we’ve wiped out a demonic army, exploded a giant demon frog with a bazooka, been swallowed by a flying whale and many other pretty messed up things

He loves pizza and strawberry sundaes, owns a surprisingly large amount of weaponry…and he’s half demon, but he’s got a fun personality overall and is pretty damn cool
