I just recently watched a film called Away We Go, And in it there is a couple who are the main characters and their relationship is what i consider the perfect relationship.

It’s one of the best depictions of a couple i’ve seen in a film, and i think it’s because rather than going too ‘perfect’ they managed to show two people who were just comfortable with each other, they understood each of them had different lives, views and wants but both accepted, that no matter what they were together. So if they got scared they didn’t feel like they couldn’t talk to each other and if they got angry then they also didn’t hide it from each other (admittedly one of the characters wasn’t really all that able to get angry but still lol).

The point is that they communicated and tolerated while always loving each other, it’s a beautiful film and quite funny too and frankly everyone should see it just so they can get a glimse of a beautiful relationship.

I have in fact had an entire evening visiting a friend during which his mother spent most of her time telling me how badly chosen my clothes were lol, okay i have to admit i was wearing a very bright and largly pink stripy top combined with american choc chip desert camo trousers held up with a massive punk belt, but still she really gave me what for it was brutal hehe
