I think that man is slightly odd.
LOL, if that could only happen…time travel that is!
What our lives would be like with that… Herm
That is funny, but I didn’t actually laugh. I think I’m like you in that respect, but for different photos, of course.
I didn’t really laugh, but everyone has their own taste in humor
@DandelionBall - haha you might be right there…but at least he’s witty.
@Endless21Echos - I’d prefer other superpowers…time travel offers way too many paradoxes and other endless loop problems..plus at the sign guy points out, if at any point in time we develope time travel it means we either don’t travel backwards or we should instantly know about it due to all the time events
as you can see it’s very confusing lol
Get hold of a film called Primer, it’s a great one for explaining the time issues that come up.
@naughty_virgin - Yea…it has to be clever and surprising for me to chuckle i think…or at least seem clever to my interpretation, but mostly i just smirk
@xdeelynnx - Indeed
Ever seen Donnie Darko, really entertaining interesting movie about Time Travel, and honestly superpowers might not be that bad of an idea either. hmmm, I do not know what superhero power I would want or what superhero I would want to be.
Hmmm, good question to think of, and honestly I do not know if I would want to travel back in time or in the future, since living the moment is always a good idea…hmmm
hahahaha it actually made me laugh
I mean, normally when I write “hahaha” I just smile ever so slightly
@Endless21Echos - oh yea Donnie Darko is cool…I also like the other film that director did recently called Southland Tales…very VERY odd but good.
And you’ve got to pick you super powers, I usually merge the whole three wishes thing with super powers and try to figure out which three i’d pick…mostly it would be Invisiblity, Teleportation and Flight
@Zissu25 - Cool!
It’s mostly stuff like this that surprises and amuses me that actually makes me chuckle.
Hmmm….I should look into Southland Tales, what is it about?! I like odd movies, but not odd like Clockwork Orange that book and film frighten the shit out of me. As for super powers, I (Erin) would choose hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm….good question Bede, 1.) Teleportation (agree with you there), 2.) Healing Factor (like Wolverine) and 3.) Invisibility (again I like this skill too)
@Endless21Echos - Oh it’s pretty odd thats for sure…not quite as scary odd as Clockwork Orange…that is one seriously freaky movie.
But this one is about time travel, sort of…and it’s kind of funny and also political and satirical and theological…it’s a bit of a mess the first time you watch it, but I think it’s very well done.
Other ones similar but slightly less creepy than Clockwork Orange are O Lucky Man and If… both of those are superb
Oh yea regeneration would be handy as a super power, then you could be almost immortal.
