Trolls, Spam bots and the deeply creepy.
We’ve all had to turn down friend requests in our time on this site…but my question is how do you do it?
More accurately which of the predefined responces do you choose most often? or do you change it up depending on the request?
Personally since the majority of my turn downs are SpamBots or misguided marketers I’m a big fan of the ‘These are not the Droids you are looking for‘responce,
Kenobi know best and it amuses my sense of humour to say this to a Spambot

I just ignore them if we haven’t commented back and forth to each other already. I have 57 unanswered requests and I keep meaning to go through them to see if I want to confirm any of them now. I’m a bit irresponsible that way.

If they have no profile, no blog entries, and have not left a comment on my blog, then I simply decline because then it is usually a new account made up by a troll.

I currently have 11 pending friend requests from what seems like real people. I didn’t accept them though couse they sent me friend requests when I deleted them. So I keep them like that, so they wouldn’t send any requests. A trick I learned from a crafty xangan who shall remain nameless.
Spammers can get lost in my world, if you know what i mean
