X-Ninja Xanga Legion SuperHero
Been a while since I added another Hero to the Ranks, and this time it’s a good Guy…or gal as the case may be
Next time I hope I shall be finishing my compendium of all the heroes descriptions and all that I started ages ago then gave up on, but for now check this out…
X-Ninja
The 10th Ninja’s history reaches back 10 generations when a powerful warrior who had reached the height of her training realised she could never attain true mastery over martial arts with just one life time.
Faced with the end of her natural life she turned to a hidden and mysterious technique that was said to provide ever lasting life.
But immortality was not to be hers, not in a physical form anyway. Instead she managed to gain the ability of ‘conscious none sequential rebirth’ so that in part her knowledge and skill was passed directly to a new generation within a person open enough to contain both her and their own spirits, each life time building on the last and adding to her wealth of knowledge.
By the tenth generation held within the energetic makeup of a young woman was the distilled knowledge and wisdom of hundreds of years of focus and ability.
But it was the mundane act of walking through air port security that was the one thing missing in all those preceding years.
As the waves of energy passed through her body the young woman and the ancient master were suddenly and irreversibly merged, and as both energies vibrated together and intersected with the scanner waves a resonance was created that unlocked an intimate connection with time and the stored abilities of the master.
Now the X-Ninja not only has incomparable martial skill but can also directly control localized time, speeding items she holds or her limbs up or down depending on need.
By controlling local time she can survive almost any fall, strike with the speed of a bullet or move faster than the eye can track.
But all her power and skill is tempered by centuries of wisdom and balance that has taught her to only act when the time is right and to choose her moment to perfection.

An inmortal, I love her character almost as much as I love the real girl

How she got that power would be a bit problematic. Could she get the power passed on by her ancestors? Then again the powers sound a bit deistic and maybe beyond the laws of physics.
So maybe there might have been a time traveler that gave her the powers or ability to know the future?
Sounds interesting. If you don’t mind me asking, when she manipulates time, does it affect her? For example. If she sped up her own time by a factor of ten, it would seem to the world that she’s moving ten times faster. But would she be aging ten times faster as well?
With things like bullets, and exceptionally long falls, she would probably be looking at manipulating time by a factor of hundreds. And there is the possibility of speeding up her own time to acquire a full night’s worth of sleep in a second or three on a critical mission. Even if this averages into aging two years for every single year that passes in “regular time”, in about ten years, this will raise a lot of questions.
On the flip side, she might slow down her own time to compensate for the discrepancy, but that would mean the world around her would speed up, and she would be effectively out of action for a lengthy duration of time.
I’m… probably thinking too much into this, aren’t I?
YAY!! I loves this character! She’s so so so cool! But, I loves the real girl more!

quite interesting.
Yet another Zero to the collection. The collection of NOBODIES!
Perhaps some of the points that @PPhilip - brings up can be fleshed out as her story develops, maybe some of @Lakakalo - points as well.. .although he may be looking too far into this…

Because I don’t care how much @AdamsWomanFell - loves this character Mr. Saint Blue… If she gets in the way of B.A.D… you know… well BAD things will happen to Ms X ninja

But once we’re done with her… She’s going to which she can go back in time, to before she ever existed in the 1st generation
Umm I would go into more detail, but your Wackstar is providing me and my lovely evil girl … well Wackstar is being a bit of a… what would you say? Nuisance.
So i’m off to prevent her from holding both female titles! Because no matter what, the Prince will be forever doomed! His little staff thingy will never be his again!
Ahh i’ve rambled on too much. Now if you excuse me, i have plans to make, and possibly wannabe Minumums wrestlers to throw to the wolves.. if you know who I mean

I’ll do what I can to clarify…but basically you have built in bullet time and super speed
@PPhilip - Well the concept is that the original warrior managed to imprint her memories into her energetic make up. So like the idea of a Buddah although her body can die her mind and ability continues.
Add to this the none-sequential part and she is in effect able to choose when she will reincarnate from all the people of the world (the details of that i’ll leave to imagination) but when her energy finds a host she then waits until the right age and begins her training once again, eventually her newest body will die and so on.
The only thing that was different in this case was that the energy was combined so rather than passing through it was amplified and solidified into the hero and super powers.

Okay so I now remember why i had untill now avoided time powers, because they are a nightmare of paradox and plot holes, but lets give it a go…
The ability she has is not time travel. Rather she is able to control the time speed of her own physical form and things she can hold in her hands/carry.
This does not effect her position in the global time flow, so age is not effected. Much like when time can seem to move differently for different people or how depending on gravity it can change and stretch.
So she is able to perfom abilities that look and act like ‘Bullet time’ or the powers of the Prince of Persia world (minus the reverse of time power) it’s a very local time alteration.

is having some troubles with TrackStar, he’d better watch out because this new addition is not to be messed with.

@SaintBlue1131 - Why of course I’m waiting around to pounce on new arrivals! Trackstar is lucky that guys can’t fight women in that game, or I would have spinal personally take care of her once and for all!

Actually, i’m a bit overdue for an update post concerning the fates of trackstar and wannabe wrestler dude, aren’t i? hopefully there will be something left of them to update you on…
Don’t worry though, we’ll take care care of ms princess of Persia too… in due time…
@Twiztidsilverskull - An awful lot of words just to say “No.”
@SaintBlue1131 - O…K… so it’s a bit more like the Flash, who taps into a Speed Force, which doesn’t affect the temporal state of the Flash as such, but enables them to manipulate the speed of themselves & anything they are in physical contact with.
My previous line of thinking was along the lines of the Time Monks of Discworld, who didn’t so much manipulate time as reallocate it, sapping time away from one source and applying it to another.
And … once again, I’m thinking a bit too much into this, but what’s to stop her from sneaking up on an enemy and causing them to age an additional 42 years?
