The Ring of Fate
Okay how about this…..
Lets say that we are capable of controling our perception to the extent that what we focus on becomes. For examples of this take visualisation and the concepts in ‘The Secret’ or even Quantum physics which tells us that the observer can affect the experiment (Schrödinger’s cat).
Now take the concept of fate, the idea that our lives are in someway preordained, that everything we do is in fact beyond our control and has been written somewhere before.
Okay so what about if you combine the two, so what we hold in our minds, lets say for an example a week ago gets written into our lives and happens a week later, this would mean that we do live fated lives but we are also incontrol of that fate, thus meaning in a very real sense we can choose our ‘destiny’.
Imagine it like drawing a circle but as you draw the circle your moving your hand ever forwards, the resulting pattern would be like a ring that spiraled.
Whats dose this mean? well it means two very important things,
1: if you look at your life right now you’ll be seeing the results of what you have been focusing on,
and 2: once you’ve seen where you are now and accept that your ‘fate’ is in your control it then means you can begin writing how you want your life to be in every moment.

I never thought that you are a deep thinker lol
I believe in fate to a certain degree, but combined with all of this and the power to “control” our future would be awesome!
i needed to read this today. thank you for these words. you helped me see i should and can change my focus…which would change my emotions, attitude, and tomorrow.
hugs
I seriously love the way you think, Bede. I too feel that with enough belief and focus we can sculpt our lives to be exactly what we want them to be. If you haven’t seen “What the Bleep Do We Know?!” (prequel to The Secret)…I suggest you definitely check it out.
Great post as always, bud.
Totally agree.
@fabolousclown - I’m not just a pretty nose you know
But to be fair this is largely due to a conversation with my dad.
@jennylovve - It’s an exciting concept, and heck hy not try? all it takes is to use times when your not doing stuff visualising what you want your life to be.
@AdamsWomanFell - I’m glad to have helped
I hope your doing okay HUGS
@SuperLuc - Thanks, I think i might have seen it, not sure i’ve certianly heard it mentioned before though.
Nothing out of our control, we just have to believe.
@InStealthMode - :D
You are so right. Everyone has the ability to change their lives to exactly what they want from it. You have to believe and go for it. Nobody is holding you down except yourself. Love the post.
@livexlovexlaughter - @SuperLuc - Thanks Cat
and Luc, you guys have always been so incredibly supportive and friendly. I really value you both
Hey, Bede! Oh gosh! I had some extra
and hugs…so I’m leaving them here for you, today!
HUGS! and Happy Weekend!
@AdamsWomanFell -
HUG

You have a wonderful and amazing brain there. deep thinker. A lot to think about. wow!! and 1. no but 2. I accept and what I want to start writing if I wasn’t procrastinating.
@pinktiger335 - It’s as simple as just taking every moment that your not doing something and using it to picture what you’d like your life to be.
I initially just focused on sometime in the future with not set sense of when, but then i realised why not aim quite close, imagine a few months ahead, anything to make yourself really connect with all the potential and possibilites, then once you are okay with how limitless we are you will be more open to oppertunity.
i could already see my future. heh.
@clubsmiley - Well thats handy…but is it your best future?
I think you’re on to something
