• Xangan Drawings

  I love drawing, if i were to pick a career it would be a Concept artist for either Films or Games.

  But there’s a funny thing with my inspiration often I can’t just sit down and draw something without first really getting in the mood for that particular theme.

  The only exception for this, rather strangely is if i’m first doing the drawing for someone else (not just for me) and second if i’m drawing my impression of the character of someone online, to be honest it’s better with forum folks, as they often don’t have their faces as an avatar and it’s easier to project a veriety of personas on forums.

  But a few Xangans have inspired me and this is where i’ll post the results.

  Now there is another thing i should say, although i love it i’m still not that great at certain features of drawing so I apologise for any weird proportions or features but hey i’ll get better

   

  First up is the awesome Alex (RoadLessTaken), For me Alex symbolises a Xanga/RL interface so that sort of gave me the idea for the drawing.

  I gotta say after having studied some of his photos while (trying to get his face right), I love his hair!

  

  And the second is the lovely Kett (RockstarjuicenStarburst) {gotta love that user name}

  Kett is a wonderful writer and general muser…..so that made me think of wizards :S 

  One note again while trying to get the face right….shes got an amazing jawline and great cheekbones, I wish i could do them justice.
